Guide

Approach and anchoring

On the ICW near mile marker 1076.6, north of Baker's Haulover Inlet. At green marker 55, head west into the Ojus Canal; the marina lies to starboard. Depths run about 10 feet on the approach and 8 feet inside the basin.

Practical

The 106 berths range from 25 to 130 feet, on a mix of fixed and floating concrete docks. The marina serves the gated Williams Island community of more than 2,000 residents, with pools, a fitness centre and tennis courts ashore.

History

Maule Lake, which borders the marina, is a former limestone quarry. The excavated pit filled with water from the area's high water table to become the lake seen today.
