Approach and anchoring
Approach along the Seine fairway. Follow the marked channel and keep clear of commercial barge traffic, which is heavy on this reach. The pontoon lies off the main channel behind the island, so it is clear of barge wash. Maximum draught at the pontoon is 2.4 metres.
Practical
15 berths on the pontoon, reached through a key-code gate with a self-service pay station, and electricity is available for a fee. There are no toilets, showers or bins. A bakery and a market lie a few steps up the quay. Further information through the Andresy town hall website. The Auberge Restaurant la Goélette lies roughly 0.2 NM to the south-west for meals ashore, and Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, with shops and an SNCF rail connection to Paris, is 1.9 NM east.
