Sheltered from most quarters but exposed to the mistral and to afternoon thermal breezes, which set up chop across the rade. No VHF watch listed, contact by phone.
Practical
350 berths with visitor places available off-season. Water and power on the pontoons, but no fuel berth. Adjacent boatyard with travel-lift for haul-out and wintering. The sanitary block is dated and poorly lit, with showers on paid tokens around 1.50 euros. Large free car park, and a provisioning delivery service can be booked. Nearest all-weather refuges are small: Le Lazaret cove 0.3 NM W and Saint-Elme 0.4 NM SW.
Ashore

Saint-Mandrier village and its fishing harbour are 2 km east by the coast road, with bakery, restaurants and a daily market. Path along the Lazaret shore leads west toward the oyster farms of the bay. Ferry to Toulon city centre from Saint-Mandrier pier, about 20 minutes across the rade.
