Approach and anchoring

Access by the canal. Halte de Riaucourt lies 3.7 NM to the north, Halte de Plaisance de Foulain 5.2 NM to the south-east.

Practical

Mooring alongside the quay is around 10 euros for a 10 m boat, with water, electricity and showers each charged on top, roughly 3 to 4 euros apiece, which makes it one of the dearer stops on the canal. A washing machine is on site but often out of order. The halte shares a motorhome park, so electricity can be had outside the boating season. It sits out of town, a walk of about 20 minutes to the shops, with a Leclerc supermarket 1.5 km away.
