Approach and anchoring

The floating pontoon had little protection from wind and waves in June 2026. Wash from passing boats and ferries can set up a roll, mostly at night. A strong surge sometimes runs, so fit snubbers to the mooring lines. Staff help with lines, including with 20 kn on the beam in June 2026.

Practical

Water and power on the pontoon, no showers or toilets. A 38 ft yacht paid 80 euros in June 2026. In August 2024 a 30-minute stop for 200 litres of water and glass disposal cost 50 euros. Diesel and petrol are at the main harbour, 5 minutes away. Wifi did not reach the pontoon end in 2024. Town rubbish points were not always open in 2025. The office is about 200 m away.

Ashore

Bars, restaurants and shops are just across the street, and the pontoon lies along a promenade in the village. Pizzeria La Baracca serves pizza. The supermarket is a longer walk.
