Approach and anchoring
Approach from seaward, clear of the rocky ledges north of the harbour entrance. A shifting sandbar crosses the outer approach with only 1.5 to 2 m over it and groundings happen yearly, so sound in with care and watch for fishing pots. The inshore water is shallow and largely dries, suiting only shoal-draught boats able to take the ground. Sheltered from E, SE and S but open to the W and NW swell, fair weather only. Port Diélette lies 0.3 nm south.

No facilities at the anchorage itself. Full services in Port Diélette 0.3 nm south: visitor berths, water, diesel, toilets and showers at the marina run by Ports de la Manche.
