Approach and anchoring

Enter Sandusky Bay from Lake Erie through the marked outer channel past the Cedar Point range, then follow the Inner Straight Channel toward downtown Sandusky. The marina sits at 2312 River Avenue on the south bank where Pipe Creek meets the bay. Watch for shallowing on southwesterly winds that drop water levels across the bay.

Practical

Around 70 berths, dock depth about 4 metres, accepting boats up to roughly 18 metres. Transient rate quoted at 20 USD per night. Phone 419 621 1111. One of the smaller facilities on this stretch of the bay.
