Guide
Approach and anchoring
Daylight approach along the cliff line. A nuclear power station stands about 400 m along the shore to the east and anchoring may be prohibited within its protective perimeter, so check before bringing up. The bottom may be shingle rather than clean sand and gives little hold or shelter. Open to the north and west, not suitable in any onshore wind or swell, and tenable only in very settled weather. Dieppe 5,1 NM to the SW for the nearest all-weather harbour, Yacht Club du Tréport at 8,8 NM to the NE.
