Approach on the Saône fairway. Holding is poor on weed, set the anchor with care and check it holds before leaving the boat. Sheltered from NE, E, SW and W winds by the river banks; exposed to wind funnelling along the N-S axis of the valley.
Practical
No services on site. Halte fluviale de Collonges 0.4 NM to the SW for a pontoon stop. Port d'Albigny sur Saône 2.2 NM to the N if the anchorage does not hold.
