Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south in clear water. Sand, rock and weed bottom, so sound around before dropping to find a sand patch. Slabs of rock and blocks of concrete lie among it and can foul or jam the anchor, so buoy the anchor and pick clear sand. Protection from NE and E only, fully exposed to the mistral from W and to any southerly swell.
Practical
No services on the mooring itself. Port de la Gorguette lies 0.6 nm NE and Bandol 1.1 nm NW for fuel, water and shelter if the wind turns.
