Approach and anchoring

Great Kills Harbour lies off Raritan Bay on the south side of Staten Island. Enter the buoyed channel from the east toward the flashing Great Kills Light. The marina is about 15 minutes by water from the Verrazzano Narrows and Sandy Hook. Check draught against chart 12331 before entering the shallow harbour.

Practical

Floating pontoons hold around 140 boats from 18 to 100 feet, plus 30 berths for personal watercraft. There is a holding-tank pump-out, fuel and marine supplies, maintenance and boat repair. The yard is an authorised dealer for Egg Harbor Yachts and offers boat handling and safety classes.
