Approach and anchoring

Wabasha sits on the Minnesota bank of the Mississippi, just upstream of the Interstate 25 bridge. Mississippi Parkside Marina is a sheltered 200-berth basin immediately upstream of the bridge. Wabasha Marina and Boatyard is the other facility, with its own fuel berth and pump-out.

Practical

Mississippi Parkside Marina sells 91 octane petrol and diesel. Fuel berth hours Friday 10:00 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00, Sunday 10:00 to 18:00, or by appointment. Phone 651-565-3809. Wabasha Marina and Boatyard offers transient dockage, fuel, pump-out, repairs and a chandlery. Phone 651-565-4747. The next refuelling option downstream is Lake City Marina, 10 nm west.

Ashore

Wabasha is the oldest continuously settled town on the Upper Mississippi. National Eagle Center on the riverfront is 300 m from Parkside Marina, with live bald eagle exhibits.
