Approach and anchoring
Enter from the main lake into the cove below the resort cliffs, which rise about 200 feet above the water. Lake levels swing with drought and release cycles on the Brazos; check current depths before approaching.
Practical
Covered long-term slips, Sea-Doo hydroports and transient slips for short stays. Fuel dock with petrol, ship store with ice and lake supplies. Pontoon and tritoon rentals up to 24 feet, plus Sea-Doo rentals.
Ashore
A small beach with picnic tables and a bath house sits at the tip of the marina. The Chaparral Grille and Spurs Bar at the resort overlook the lake from the cliff top. The resort 18-hole golf course and three pools are a short walk uphill.
