- Type
- Harbour
Working marina and bait shop on Tuckerton Creek in Tuckerton, New Jersey, a few minutes by water from Great Bay and Little Egg Inlet.
Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from the New Jersey ICW by the buoyed entrance to Tuckerton Creek. Brackish water in the creek; boats drawing over 4ft should time the run near high water. Concrete launch ramp open round the clock.
Practical
More than 80 berths on floating pontoons with shore power and fresh water. Bait and tackle shop on site with live minnows and killies, bunker, squid and clam. Summer and winter storage, yard space for about 150 boats and 16 RV pitches.
Story
Garden State Parkway exit 58 and Route 9 are close by, which makes the ramp a regular launch point for trailer-borne anglers.
