Approach and anchoring
Approached from Moriches Bay via the Senix and Mud Creeks channel. Moriches Inlet is subject to severe shoaling and its buoys are not maintained, so most boaters reach the marina from within the bay. The ICW through Moriches Bay shoals heavily near the marked buoys.
Practical
Transient dockage and winter storage. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel and a weigh station. Ships store, on-site mechanic, shrink-wrap service, bait shack and ice. Restaurant with a seasonal tiki bar. Marina, fuel berth and bait shack open daily May to October, 8am to 5pm.
Ashore
Fish-cleaning stations on site for the catch. The village centre of Center Moriches lies about 1.5 km north for shops and provisions.
