Located on the Squam River close to its outlet from Squam Lake. Squam Boat Livery lies about 1.6 nm to the north-east.

Over 200 berths with shore power and 24-hour access to the bath house. Fuel dock and full mechanical service on site, with an authorised service centre for Honda, Mercury, Volvo Penta and PCM. Canvas, fibreglass repairs and detailing available. Clubhouse open during business hours.
Ashore
Ashland village is within reach for shops and provisions. Squam Lake is known as the setting for the 1981 film On Golden Pond.
