Reached via the Canal du Rhône au Rhin, between locks 58 and 59 on the Doubs branch. Max draught around 1.8 m. Low clearance under nearby bridges, typical canal gauge.

Practical

About 30 berths on pontoons, water and electricity. Small village with bakery and basic shops within walking distance. Besançon and full supplies 15 km west.

Ashore

Towpath along the Doubs for walking and cycling, part of the EuroVelo 6 route linking the Atlantic to the Black Sea. Old paper mill buildings in the village recall 19th century industry along the river.
