Large marina on the south shore of Point Roberts, the US exclave at the tip of the Tsawwassen peninsula reachable from the rest of Washington only by sea, air, or by driving through Canada.

Approach and anchoring

Approach from Boundary Bay or from Georgia Strait. The breakwater entrance is on the south side of the peninsula. Maximum draught at the berths is about 1.5 m at low water. Customs clearance required when crossing from Canadian waters: the nearest US port of entry by sea is here.

Practical

Roughly 1,045 berths from 30 to 107 feet, monthly to annual moorage, power up to 100 amp. Fuel berth with petrol, diesel and propane, ice, bait and tackle. Travel lift of 35 tons, chandlery and repair yard. Showers, laundry, two free pump-outs, free parking, dock WiFi. 2026 summer rate 1.25 USD per foot per night, winter rate 1.00 USD. Ashore

Lighthouse Marine Park 2 km west, a county park on the south-west corner of the peninsula with a long pebble beach used for orca watching from shore. Maple Beach 3 km north-east. Tsawwassen ferry terminal across the international border in Canada, 8 km north.
