Approach and anchoring
Enter from the main lake opposite Emerald Point. The marina sits over depths of 150 to 160 feet, the only floating marina on Lake Travis that stays fully usable through the lake's full water level swings.
Practical
328 covered wet slips with the longest berths on the lake, up to 80 feet. Four-pump fuel dock with petrol, 1600 square foot ship store, pump-out station, electricity, fresh water and Wi-Fi at each slip. Two air-conditioned heads and a private shower. On-site harbour master.
Ashore
A covered common area has a barbecue pit, a flat-screen TV and lounge chairs, plus a private swimming area for slip holders. A commercial tram links the car park above to the docks below. The Hollows residential community sits directly above the marina; central Austin is about 30 miles south-east by road.
