Practical
A clubhouse, picnic area and a lit dock with anchorage for about 100 sailing boats. The club runs a learn-to-sail programme covering seamanship, rigging and capsize drills, with Sunday racing from late May to early October.
History
The club was founded in 1938 and incorporated in 1941. It still holds an annual regatta each autumn, on the weekend after Labor Day.
