Reached by the Saône upstream from Gray, or by the Canal des Vosges from the north via Fontenoy-le-Château. Maximum draught about 1.6 m, Freycinet gauge. First or last lock of the Canal des Vosges depending on direction.
Practical
About 85 berths on pontoons, water and electricity at the pontoons. Capitainerie, pump-out, showers and toilets. Hire base on site for canal cruisers. Bakery and small shop in the village a short walk away.
Ashore
Village riverside walk and towpath cycling along the Canal des Vosges, which links the Saône to the Moselle over 122 km and 93 locks. Fontenoy-le-Château, with its medieval ruins, lies about 9 NM north along the canal.
