Public boat ramp on the Oregon side of the Columbia River, at 4325 NE Marine Drive in Portland, across from Portland International Airport.

Approach and anchoring
Approach from the Columbia River main channel just east of the I-205 bridge. The ramp is on the south bank. Open 4:30 a.m. to sunset. Parking 5 USD per car, no launch fee. Closest yacht moorings are at Rose City Yacht Club 0.3 NM west and Donaldson Marina 0.4 NM west.
Practical
Accessible docks, restrooms, large car park and a seasonal river patrol station. No fuel berth on site. The 40-Mile Loop trail system runs past the ramp.
