Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Hudson River by entering Catskill Creek and following the S-bend. The marina lies on the port-hand side at the end of the bend. Approach depth around 3 metres, deeper alongside. Floating docks take vessels to 30 metres.
Practical
About 40 berths, with 30 kept for transients. Water, shore power, restrooms, showers, laundry, pump-out, a pool and the Creekside Restaurant on site. Repairs available.
Story
The yard is a known stop for Great Loop crews having their mast unstepped before the Erie Canal. The name comes from a creekside rock said to resemble a nose.
