Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Manasquan Inlet, which gives direct access to the Atlantic. The inlet channel carries about 6.5 feet once clear of the jetties; a fixed railway bridge with low clearance crosses the river inside.
Practical
Sullivan floating docks and finger pontoons with water and shore power at every berth. About 90 percent of berths are open to the public on a first-come basis. Haul-out uses a 100,000 lb travel lift and a 20,000 lb fork truck. A large chandlery is on site.
