Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Intracoastal Waterway, with the basin set inside a sheltered residential community. The fuel dock has no pumps, but fuel trucks deliver to the berth.
Practical
Berths from 40 to 70 feet, each with 30 and 50 amp shore power and a pump-out at the slip. Parking is directly in front of each berth. The office has restrooms with showers, a coin laundry and pool access.
