Approach and anchoring

On the east bank of Grand Island at 340 East River Road. Approach from the Tonawanda Channel of the Upper Niagara River, mind the southbound current running towards the falls. Fixed pontoons, 3.6 metres approach depth, 1.8 metres dockside depth. Family-run since 1979.

Practical

58 berths including 1 transient berth, boats up to 14 metres. Fuel berth with 91 octane petrol and non-ethanol petrol. Service yard, Suzuki outboard dealer, chandlery. Kayak and paddleboard hire from the marina office.

Ashore

Buckhorn Island State Park 6 km north for marsh trails and birdwatching. Beaver Island State Park 7 km south with beach and golf course. Boyhood home of President Grover Cleveland nearby on Grand Island. Motor Island heron and egret rookery a short paddle offshore.
