Approach and anchoring

At 3001 East River Road on the east bank of Grand Island. Approach from the Tonawanda Channel of the Upper Niagara River, mind the current. Basin set back from the river and sheltered from the main flow. Across from Gateway Harbor at the Erie Canal entrance.

Practical

Each berth has shore power and fresh water. Full-service yard with winter haul-out, pressure washing and inland transport. On-site access to River Oaks golf course.

Ashore

Gateway Harbor Park on the opposite bank at the Erie Canal terminus, summer concerts and boater meetups. Downtown Buffalo 25 km south by car, Niagara Falls 15 km north.
