Approach and anchoring

Reached from the open water of the Western Basin through the channels behind Reno Beach, well inside the shallow western end of Lake Erie. The basin lies off Bono Road, sheltered from open-water swell.

Seasonal and transient dock rentals for a wide range of craft. On-site boat lifting and launching, emergency towing, bottom painting, shrink-wrapping and winter storage. Marine, convenience and tackle stores, plus seasonal and transient campsites.

Ashore

The Western Basin off Reno Beach is among the best-known walleye and bass grounds on Lake Erie. Maumee Bay State Park, with a Lake Erie beach and trails, lies a short drive to the north-west.
