From the Willamette River, 10 miles down to the head of the Multnomah Channel then south of the Sauvie Island Bridge on the east bank. Sheltered channel water away from the main Columbia current.

Berths for boats from 10 to 40-plus feet, covered and side-tie, plus boathouse and boatlift slips. Gated entry, heads, fish cleaning station, wash-down water taps. Trailer parking free for tenants. Floating homes also on site.
