Approach and anchoring
Reached via the East Harbor channel off Lake Erie. Open 15 April to 1 November. Bass Haven Marina lies 0.5 nm to the south-east, Tibbels Marina 0.8 nm to the east.
Practical
200 floating berths, 6,000 sq ft indoor boat storage plus outdoor yard, 118 mobile home sites, 30 RV sites and four cabins. Drive-up access to each berth with guest parking.
Ashore
East Harbor State Park across the harbour, with sandy swimming beaches and 10 km of trails on 730 hectares. Marblehead Lighthouse stands 5 km east, the oldest in continuous operation on the Great Lakes.
