Approach and anchoring

The basin sits at Marker 8 on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, with Stump Pass giving the nearest link to the Gulf of Mexico. Stump Pass shoals and shifts with the sand, so check a recent local sounding before transiting.

Practical

105 wet slips for boats up to 70 feet, each with fresh water and 30 and 50 amp shore power. There is a fuel berth, indoor and outdoor dry storage, a marine service department and boat hire. Heads, showers, laundry, a fish-cleaning station, a swimming pool and a spa are on site.

Ashore

Palm Harbour Marina and Palm Island Marina lie about 0.3 miles south-east. Boca Grande and its beaches on Gasparilla Island are a short run down the waterway.
