Approach and anchoring

Crosswicks Creek joins the Delaware River near Bordentown Beach. The creek is tidal with a range of 6 to 8 feet, and large mud flats are exposed at low water, so the channel must be followed and the approach timed with the tide.

Practical

Social boating club founded in 1937, with seasonal member dockage, water and shore power, plus a kitchen and bar. It belongs to the Delaware River Yachtsmen's League and the Chesapeake Bay Yacht Clubs Association.
