Approach and anchoring
From Newport Harbour entrance, head north past Bay Island then turn east into the basin off the main channel. The basin lies on the Balboa Peninsula side, opposite Harbor Island. No visitor berths at the club itself.
Practical
The club shares the 172-berth Balboa Yacht Basin operated by the City of Newport Beach, which takes vessels from 31 to 75 feet. Club office at 829 Harbor Island Drive. Membership-based, monthly cruising and racing programme. Phone 714 746 1341.
