Approach and anchoring

Enter Eighteenmile Creek from Lake Ontario between the two long piers, replica Olcott pierhead lighthouse on the west pier. BackBay sits 250 m inside the entrance on the east side at 5831 West Main Street, opposite the public marina.

Practical

Berths for seasonal and transient boats, plus on-site cottage rentals including the Tenbrook House. Petrol, pump-out and full services available at the Town of Newfane Marina a few hundred metres away.

Ashore

Krull Park lakefront at 300 m for beach access and trails. Olcott Beach Carousel Park at 350 m with its 1938 vintage carousel. Several lakeside restaurants and shops along West Main Street within 200 m.
